small steps, brighter days
Find the word that actually fits.
“Fine” is not a feeling. Feelwheel starts you at fear or love and walks you out through 48 words until you reach the one that is true. No score. No broken streak. No AI telling you what you feel.
Start at the centre. Fear, or love?
The check-in
Three taps from vague to specific.
Start with fear or love
Every feeling in Feelwheel grows from one of two roots. Choosing between them takes a second and already tells you something.
Narrow to a family
Six families sit under each root — anxious, sad, joyful, peaceful and the rest. Pick the one that is closest, not the one that is perfect.
Land on the word
Four shades sit under each family. This is where "bad" becomes "let down", and where "good" becomes "grounded". Then write, if you want to.
Inside the app

Private by default
We cannot read your journal.
Not as a policy we promise to keep — as a thing the app is not built to do.
- No Feelwheel account, and no Feelwheel server to hold your journal.
- No advertising, no cross-app tracking, no third-party analytics SDK.
- No cloud AI reading what you write.
- Optional iCloud sync goes to your own private iCloud database, never to us.
- Apple Health mirroring is off until you turn it on, and is write-only.
The full detail, including retention, exports and your rights, is in the privacy policy. Questions go to cankatsarac@gmail.com.
